Use personal identification tools (online banking ID, mobile certificate) to log in.
You can register for the service and complete all the information required by the Contractor's Obligations Act and try out our service in full. The trial period allows you to get to know our service free of charge before committing to a 12-month contract period. We do not charge any fees during the trial period. We hope that you will continue to use our service after the trial period, but the decision is entirely yours.
During the trial period, you can cancel the service and you will not be charged the annual fee for the service. The trial period of the service is canceled in the Subscriptions section (click the button with the trash can icon). You can also cancel the service by notifying our customer service by email:

The length of the trial period that is currently valid is stated on our website. The annual fee for the service will be automatically charged to your company's payment method the day after the trial period ends.
We retrieve some of your company's information directly from the authorities' electronic services. Part of your company's information you have to fill in yourself, such as insurance certificates.
VastuuKaista's yearly price is
100 €
(VAT 0%). For taxi association members the yearly price is
60 €
(VAT 0%). Please note that we add the VAT to the final price.
VastuuKaista is paid for with a payment card after registering. Other payment methods aren't possible.
Enter the payer's information in the payment field exactly as it appears on the payment card. Any spelling that is different may prevent the payment transaction.
The service comes into effect after payment and is then available to you for the entire contract period. After the contract period, the payment will automatically renew for the next 12-month contract period.
You can fill out your company's information at a suitable time for you and not all information needs to be at hand when registering. You'll get the contractor's obligations report in order when all the required information is correctly added to our service. Our service regularly checks for new information from authorities' electronic services. You'll also receive an email notification when one of the certificates you've uploaded has expired. The new certificate is uploaded in place of the old one.
You can inform your partners you're using VastuuKaista in matters related contractor's obligations. Depending on your partners, they may be using our monitoring service or they'll ask you to send them a report from our service to prove you've fulfilled your contractor's obligations.
You will receive an email whenever there are changes in the subscriber responsibility for your company. VastuuKaista shows you what information is still missing in the service. Go retrieve the required certificates from the online services of their service providers, for example the insurance certificate from your insurance provider's online service.
You can mark that you don't have employees in VastuuKaista to remove employment related requirements from your company.
Log in to VastuuKaista and go to: VastuuKaista and in the view that opens, click the button that says: View report. You can view the report in that view or open it in a separate view by clicking: Download report, which downloads it to your device or prints it out on paper for you. Remember to check that all the information is valid and fill in the missing information is required.
Log in to VastuuKaista and go to: Subscriptions. Click the button that says: Open PDF. The receipt opens up in a separate view where you can print it out on paper or download it to your device.
VastuuKaista fulfills the requirements set by the contractor's liability act. Other service providers may have similar services. VastuuKaista is a cost efficient service developed for the taxi industry.
You don't need more than one service to fulfill the contractor's liability act. You can join our service and authorize us to terminate your current service. Remember to check when your current subscription is ending.
We've informed contracting authorities about VastuuKaista on a broad scale. VastuuKaista is a reporting service made specifically for the taxi industry, which fulfills the requirements set by the contractor's liability act. Remember to check how contractor's obligations are defined in your transportation contracts and act accordingly. Take your contracts with public organisations and private dispatch centers into consideration.
You can log in to our service to see more detailed information about the notification. Most likely one of your certificates has expired and needs to be updated. Go retrieve the required certificate from the online services of their service providers, for example the insurance certificate from your insurance provider's online service.
Our service's basic functionalities fulfill all the requirements set by the contractor's liability act. However, VastuuKaista has been designed with the taxi industry's needs in mind so we can't wholeheartedly recommend using it for other industries.
Kaista is a group of digital services for taxi companies and passengers. The services cover corporate taxi trips, welfare area customer trips and support for taxi companies. Kaista also covers SoteKaista and the Kaista driver app.
Your company doesn't need to be a member to join. However as a taxi association member you can join the nationwide taxi search free of charge. As a member you'll also get sizable discounts on taxi related stuff.

By filling out a simple form we send out your information securely and confidentially to dispatch centers. You pay for the service once a year.
By joining the VastuuKaista service, you can easily demonstrate in your offers and to your contracting partners that you have fulfilled the obligations under the Contractor's Obligations Act. You don't need to collect various certificates yourself, as we retrieve most of them from different authorities on your behalf.
First, log in to YrittäjäKaista. Then, choose "service providers" from the navigation bar on the left. Then, choose your provider, and on that page, select "Delete service provider".
You can terminate the service in the Subscriptions section of the VastuuKaista (click the button with the trash can icon). You can also terminate the service from your company by notifying our customer service. After termination, the service is valid until the end of the contract period.
